I originally got a loan a few years ago to help out with family expenses and ended up getting a few increases over the years. It was really amazing when the pandemic hit and I was out of work - the loan Protection Plan was a Godsend. I don’t know what I would’ve done without it. I’ve mostly dealt with Agnes and she is just so wonderful! Most recently, I was contacted by Vera and she was really great too!
