I have shopped your stores for a number of years and always found the service to be very good. Yesterday I visited the store on Aberdeen/Stavanger and asked a sales lady if she could help me. I did find what I was looking for and told her I would purchase this top. She brought the top to the counter and went ahead and served another customer and just left me standing there without acknowledging me and my purchase. I waited for about ten minutes and walked out. I did visit the store at the Village Mall and found the same top but I needed a small the lady there said she would call the store on Aberdeen Cresent and have it delivered to the Village Store for me to pick up. I called the Village store this morning and was told that I would have to return to Aberdeen store to pick it up. I do not live in the Aberdeen area and am unable to pick it up and also because of the very poor service and the ignorance of the sales clerk there I wouldn't go to that store again.I personally believe that sales personal really need to be trained to treat customer's with respect. If this sales person doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there.
