Today's retail hiring employees and not educating them on all their products is unbelievable. Today a young woman who is trying to get through life after going through a very painful experience with having a mastectomy, went into the Victoria's Secret, Avalon Mall looking for a bra. The young employee has no idea what she was looking for. The young woman explain what that type of bra was and still the young employee had no idea. The said employee then went to another young employee and instead of acting in a professional manner, they simply like the children they obviously still are, laugh out loud. You, Victoria's Secret should be ashamed of your store, employees and of how this impacted the young woman. It would serve you well if this was broadcasted widely and people decided to boycott your store. I, myself will NEVER buy there and I will certainly pass this on to other family and friends.
