I purchase a pair of booths at Global and was suppose to have them shipped to me. Three weeks later I contacted Global to see where my booths were and turns out they were not even shipped. I had to contact customer service for a refund. I did that and my visa was suppose to get credited. Over a week has passed and I still don't have my refund.
