Bad customer service, rude behaviour. No returns, even if product is broken already out of the box.

Low quality products, goods are not in sealed boxes, often one product is inside the box of another and defective beforehand. In addition, they do not take returns. Buy things at The Source downstairs even if it costs a little more. You will be able to return and not have to throw the product in the garbage before you even used it.
