Today we were in the GFW store with our sister who is mentally challenged. We were shopping for a knitted hat and the sales representative found a box of hats from which we were told to choose what we might like to buy. Found two hats TAGGED @ $12.50. We left our sister for a moment returning to find the hats were taken from her and a NEW TAG priced @ $49.50. We were told this was the price she would have to pay if she wanted them. OUTRAGEOUS!
