On October 15, 2018, I purchased some tickets and got accused of stealing a Set for Life ticket. When I checked my transactions online, it showed I did indeed pay for that ticket. Accusing people of stealing is one way to lose a customer. I stopped doing business with them after that day. They should always give the customer the receipt whenever they get a payment, no matter if the customer wants it or not, to cover everyone's ass. I won't name names, they know who they are.
