On Saturday April 17 2021 I was traveling from Bay D'Espoir to Paradise and ran into a vehicle problem.(wheel bearing) Being a Saturday,I could not find a garage that was opened and was told by a Napa employee, that Canadian Tire was the only garage that was opened.I then proceeded to Canadian Tire and spoke to a lady by the name of Shana, in the auto department.She said they were booked up for the day,but would see what she could do for me and within an hour,hour and a half,my truck was repaired and I was back on the road. In my opinion,this lady went above and beyond her duties and the same can be said to the mechanic,named Tony. All I can say is,thank you,for getting me out of a tough situation that turned into a great experience and is very much appreciated Thank you David Willmott

Very disappointed on Canadian Tire’s return policy. Purchased 4 boxes of Christmas lights on November 28. Didn’t use the lights and decided to return them on January 3. Was told that the deadline to return seasonal items was December 24. No where on the receipt does it make mention of such a return policy.
