I am not happy to have to drive AGAIN to the store to have problems (introduced when Ipad was left with the store) looked at again during this frantic week.

I was in about 2 months ago and the service personnel said i required a new cord that connects the keyboard to the screen. He was suppose to call me when it came in but I haven't heard from your company. Please let me know if it has come in. Thanks
