I’m writing to let you know how disappointed we were with our baby shower cake that we had picked up today. We had called 2 days prior to order a large marble slab cake for our baby shower today and what we picked up was absolutely horrendous! We requested a marble cake with different shades of blue and white icing with “Welcome Baby Boy Mutton” wrote on it. When we opened it there was 1 strand on blue around the outside of the cake, it had green and yellow “flowers” in one corner and “welcome baby mutton” was wrote in bright red icing that was soooo thick and ugly and messy that you could barley pick out the words. Then 3 little plastic rattles were thrown on it. It was in no means a nice looking cake at all, ecspecially a cake for a baby boys shower! Sooo unimpressed. I was even embarrassed to put it out on the table for my guests to see. Very disappointed. I tried looking for an email to write to someone about this but I couldn’t find anything online. I will also be going back to the store with my complaint but would appreciate if someone could reply to me by email Karla_m_c@hotmail.com
