Excellent staff, excellent atmosphere, excellent hours. Most of the equipment is old, but works great. They have the most cardio equipment locally, and they keep it kept up well. Most times, if something goes down, they seem to get it fixed quickly. I have visited the other gyms in Corner Brook, but find, despite how old everything feels, and they are in the bottom of a mall, it's very very clean! You can see the staff cleaning!
