Wanted to return an item that i purchased online. The strap was super short, otherwise loved the jacket. Tags were still attached. Issue was I was approximately 45-50 days from "order date". Heres the thing you only have 30 days. My purchase was going to be more than my return. They lost a sale, no customer service. If this doesn't get worked out, I will not longer be a customer. Wont shop at cb location regardless. Close to a month arriving.
