I went into the store looking to buy a new box spring and mattress but after checking out every mattress in the store, without any assistance from the employees that were too busy talking and laughing at the back to bother with me or the other three customers in the store, we all left. I guess they didn’t have time to do their job. Three people at the desk and several others in the back room but not one could take the time to even ask.

I had visited on 3 occasions and got fantastic customer service each time with Ryan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, let us shop at our own pace, and gave us some great deals. I’ll be back for sure as long as Ryan is an employee there.

Our salesperson today was Jim. He did everything needed to make sure we were able to get the set we wanted on time. Very happy with our entire experience at Bricks today!!!
