This product was purchased for me as a gift for Christmas. I cannot use it because I have a bad leg that will not fit in the massager. Therefore it has never been used and has never even had my skin touch it. I tried to return it and told the store the circumstances and they refuse to give us a refund. Apparently all massage items are final sale and I can understand that but in certain circumstances where the product has never ben used, there should be an exception. This product was $482. 99 with the warranty. The 3 year warranty that was purchased for $70 is also a rip off because in actuality, there is nothing on the product that has a 3 year warranty. There are a few 1 year claims that can be made but nothing that would actually replace it if broken including the chord etc. I would never purchase anything from this store again and highly recommend you spend your hard earned money in a place where their return policy is top notch or at least you can get a in store voucher in its place. Also keep an eye on warrantees. Its almost always a money grab. Just like this store. Absolutely unacceptable!!! no stars for this place.
