I purchased a set of Beauty Rest feather pillows from your store. They were $250 on Sale for half price. I only used them recently as we were having company for a month, so decided to put the new pillows on the bed. To our surprise and embarrassment the pillow cover leaked feathers and some very sharp pointed ones. I called Sears to speak with Customer Service, an impossible challenge. The service was horrible, being passed from one person to another and nobody had a clue except Shella Finally,I was connected to Shella. Very polite but it was plain to see that she did not have any power to help me but she insisted that she understood how I felt. (Over and over) like a recording and I had surpassed the 40 day return limit. So she could not do anything and they would not accept them back. Needless to say at his point I was not a happy customer. I believe that Sears has outlived its once good reputation, I will not miss it. I will contact BeautyRest and tell them of my wonderful service I received from Sears in the purchase of their product.
