Extremely dissatisfied. Due to circumstances took an item back one day past return date after Christmas just looking for a different size and was told too bad. I had encouraged my mother who is almost 70 to purchase gifts there and she was very upset when the item could not be exchanged. Terrible customer service, the 7 women in our family will never shop or encourage shopping there .
