The salesman at Sleep Country's store was so rude. We were looking for a "Beauty Rest Harmony firm mattress" and showed the sales person the tag. The salesman told us: "You can't buy a hotel-grade mattress", "All mattresses will get soft when you use them.", and "You will never find what you are looking for" then walked away and left us. We bought the one we wanted at a competitor's store instead, and were so happy we bought a second.
