I orderd a trail cam for curbside, it was supposed to come with SD card and batteries but did not. I received the wrong camera. The camera online was different than the one sold in stores yet has the same product #. After 8 phone calls to the store and 1-800# and a trip back to the store, the manager would not do anything but refund my item. It was purchased on sale and sales EVERYWHRE are over so if I returned it I would have to spend full price on the one I wanted. So all I asked for was an SD card, I would keep the camera and buy my own batteries. Store refused. I called the 1-800 back to file a complaint and he offered me a $30 gift card for the cost of the SD card. How unreasonable am I compared to the store?
