Generally I do my grocery shopping at a different chain. Since so many shops are closed during this trying time I decided to do the one stop shopping thing at Fredericton Regent St. Walmart. I was really impressed with the narrow isle layout. Each isle had an entrance clearly marked with signs and floor arrows. Spacer markers were also laid out. If someone ahead was spending a minute to decide on a product, the line patiently waited to move forward. It was a relaxing experience not having to worry about someone being well within the two meter personal safety zone. The rest of the store was the same with everyone making an effort to keeping each other safe by abiding by the 2 meter personal distance. Out of the probably 50 people I encountered only one person could have cared less about everyone else's safety. She was coming at me the wrong direction in one of the narrow grocery isles. As she approached I informed her that she was going the wrong way and well within the two meter personal distance. She retreated. Might I suggest there be a sign directing customers to a complaints department so that uncaring individuals such as that are spoken to in store. Great shopping experience and I felt very safe while doing it.

We would like to commend Norville Ghetty for his excellent service in the photoshop. On several occasions, we found ourselves unable to understand HOW to use the photo machines in order to obtain various products. Despite a very busy and hectic schedule due to many customers, he still found a time and a way to help us input and process our order. We feel that he deserves special recognition for his patience and superior service to Walmart customers! Thanks very much.
