First of all, we used financing with them and nobody told that was through a credit card. We have some delay with the delivery so we decided to ask a friend in order topick up and pay that friend. Once home, one big part was badly broken and it was obvious that it was from the company. We contacted the store and they said to bring it back for replacement and will take two weeks to receive the piece. I request the company to deliver the new product at their fee as they had delay in their delivery and now our son will sleep on the bed, but the store policy was impossible to play with, even with the manager. We decided to fix it ourself and the store gave us a 20% reimbursement on that piece. The story is not over. Because I received a credit card I didn’t want, I didn’t activate it and throw it out, unfortunately for the reimbursement the card was a necessity. After four visits at the store and one email, we finally sort the things out. My experience with them was one if the worst experience I ever had with a store.

First, I would like to say that all of the sale's persons in the Brick go above and beyond. We had Daniel as our salesman. Daniel gave us the upmost customer service that anyone could give and received a $5500.00 sale. Thanks so much Daniel. We had our appliances delivered on a Tuesday (January 19, 2021) afternoon. On Wednesday we unpackaged the stove (No damages) and on Thursday we unpackaged the fridge. The fridge crate had no external damages. Once we had the fridge unpackaged we noticed it was damaged. Must have been from the Manufacturer. The next day I call the "Brick" and there was no answer. The phone kept ringing so I hung up. Not knowing that there was a policy that once the appliances left the store that we only had 48 hours to make a report. I telephone the Brick and ask to speak to the manager. This is when I learned about the 48 hour policy (The Fridge was unpackaged after the 48 hours of arrival into my home). He (The manager) bluntly told me there was nothing that he could do even after I was telling him that I did try to call and there was no answer. Which is fine, but offered no further service. He should have been trained to handle customers a little better than he did with myself. I telephone GE appliances and told them about my experience and they were very helpful. Thank-you Eric at GE Appliance for everything that you did for me today. Why does the service stop after you leave "The Brick".
