dec 23 2021 i paid rogers cable at your bank as i have for a long time .they did not get my payment because by mistake the money was sent to nb power .i foun out in feb,2022 to to your bank dont know young mans name but nothing is done i was told in april nb power will send me the 100.00 no i have heard nothing from anyone .that mistake cost me 212.00 dollars in march and im getting nothing but a run around .my 100'00 is still not in my acct ty

I have been banking with Scotia Bank for over 50 years and noticed that there customer service has all but stopped, no one returns calls the days of the branch manager knowing your name are gone just like my money will be gone from this branch never to return.
