Sorely lacking | by  on Jul 20, 2023

After a visit to Brookside Mall, recently, I found this establishment to be sorely lacking in retail shopping. With Sobeys and Lawton's each having external entrances, there is little else inside. Also, after learning that both the call center and Service NB are each looking to move out of the Mall, combined with the excessively high rental prices for the units that are already empty, it is evident that the owners of this Mall don't care either!

Simply Disappointing | by  on Apr 22, 2023

On my first visit by bus to Brookside Mall I was disappointed at the lack of a diverse retail mix. On seeing an Old Zellers store vacated in 2013. This is really a shame as the place inside is clean and has plenty of potential. Very sad on lack of proper retailing. Try not to blame covid as an excuse to do nothing! The regular bus does not even enter the parking lot.
