Upon purchasing a ring, the woman who did the sale specifically said that if the ring had been lost/stolen we could get it replaced at this location. After 6 months of no issues, I lost my ring. Believing that we had a warranty for lost or stolen rings, we went to see how they would replace it. Upon relaying the information the employees accused us of being scammers & asked if we had proof of this employee saying this. We left the store and tried to call head office but realized we most likely needed the employee who made the sales name. So I went back into the store and asked if they could find the employee who sold it as we wanted to make a complaint because we were lied to. The women talked down to me and kept bringing up how they couldn't give me a new ring but I was not ASKING for one, I was simply asking for the employees name and someone we could call about this issue. When they found the employees name, they just said "oh she wouldn't do that" and refused to give the name. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Their employees lie and talk down to you. They lied to me about their warranty to finalize a sale. We get that you work on commission guys but it doesn't mean you lie to your customers. Would never recommend shopping there.
