I bought a new I pad in the fall of 2018, because a friend of mine bought one at that store and had been so well served by an employee who’s is in a wheelchair and bilingual. which is true, believe me. I experienced some problems using my I pad after I bought it. I called twice and each time the message was: « We will call you back with 24 tours ». I never heard of them. I went to the store, 50 kms away, started to explain my problem with an employee who, suddenly, had to go to somewhere else, and would be back in a few minutes. I was left alone for half an hour. I must admit that this store is a total anarchy. For sure, the manager has no managerial skills, and the employees lack a lot of knowledge. Or maybe they are not trained properly. I just regret that I I went to your store. Never, never will I suggest other people to go there. On the contrary, I will give negative feedback, trust me but I feel sorry for the guy in wheel chair. Maybe he is more talented for managing your boutique, I don’t know. If you want your store in Dieppe to survive, please act fast because your reputation is going down and downer. I have also been sold some usbs that are not compatible with my I phone or my I pad..
Apple Jump+ Store, Moncton/Dieppe, NB - Customer Service | by Shammah on Dec 05, 2017
I could go on with specifics. I have reported them to Apple. First dealings when iPhone 5S came out and because of the horrible, insulting and disrespectful service of a person who I was told was the manager - I swore I'd never get another iPhone. Oops, I must have forgot, 'cause now own the iPhone 8. Week after got it, had issues, walked in to the store (after calling Apple USA) was told needed appointment. Told female phone my only communication device; she turned her back and walked away. I followed, persisted until a male took over. I just wanted a reset, that's all. Told come back in 30 minutes - back and told not ready. 1 1/2 hours later got it. Also - remember this phone was less than a week old. I was told that they charge for all service calls, no matter it is a brand new phone. But the guy said he'd do it this time no charge. I reported this to the Apple people in the USA informing them that their "agent" who they pay to carry their products etc. was "double dipping." Apple pays them and they charge the customers who come in. I said I wanted this reported. We're stuck with the store we have - but for all the good they do and their disrespect towards customers, I think a better choice would have been to throw out the phone and find another product! By the way, below you ask for a rating and the lowest is 1 star --- they don't deserve 1 star and if there was a minus, minus .... that's what they would get from me!!
Don't Trust them | by Ashley on Apr 27, 2016
I just wanted to let you know that I can't believe the terrible service your company and it's representatives provides. I brought a phone in under apple care warranty and couldn't believe how easy and awesome the experience was. It wasn't until this month that I went to unlock my phone from my service provider that I found out I had been given a "service phone" which can now never be unlocked. This was MY phone that I paid for and should have full access to do with it what I need. I called your store in Champlain Mall to speak to a representative and it couldn't have gone worse. I was just looking for an option to unlock the phone when the lady told me you guys "run into this ALL the time! It's a service phone and can't be unlocked unfortunately". When I asked her why no one would have told me that upon the exchange her response was "well, we don't bother going over what's common knowledge" This wasn't common knowledge to me and I would have sent the phone directly to apple had I known I wasn't going to be leaving with the same product (an un-lockable phone) that I came in with. Everyone from Jump + seems to want to wipe their hands of this situation and no one has been willing to help. When I spoke with Apple I was advised I should have been given a regular phone. What kind of company are you running? I honestly thought we were so lucky to FINALLY have an apple store around, only to find out it's a third party scamming store. I have filed a formal complaint with Apple about my experience and your representation of their product. All I want is to be able to use a phone that's mine with another provider. I don't understand why that's so much to ask.
