The zipper on my Eddie Bauer parka, which I have worn no more than 20 times, keeps popping open at the slightest pressure. According to the manager at the Eddie Bauer Moncton store, this is normal for any zipper!!! And he further indicated that if you can zip it back up, then the zipper meets Eddie Bauer's quality assurances. No matter if it keeps popping open. As is, I cannot use the parka anymore. So much for their quality assurance policy
