I always love to shopping at Bath & Body Works actually one of my favourite stores , until my recent experience . I was in Bath & Body Works at the Champlain Mall in Dieppe New Brunswick last week and I was smelling a fragrance and a older blonde haired woman named Natasha came over to me and asked me to keep the mask over my nose and I said that's okay and I did so then she proceeded to follow me around to the store the whole time I was shopping which left me very uncomfortable so therefore ending my shopping early so I decided to wait in the line to pay for the products and as I was doing so the same woman Natasha was talking to another employee woman with dark short hair with glasses and she was pointing to me and I could see them talking about me anyways this was not a good experience and I have been shopping with Bath & Body Works since the 90s this has got to be the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I have ever had shopping with Bath n Body works .

my husband and i were at the Dieppe location on sat March the 25 the young girl that was working the floor did not seem to want to be there working when i asked her about a certian product she kept on looking the other way when i was talking to her i had ask her more then one question and she gave me the look like to say look for your self, i could not get her name cause she kept on moving like she did not want me to get her name. i have shopped there often and never have i been so disappointed in the service. i wish i could of seen the girl so that she could get trained in customer service or get a better attitude. so next time we go there and she is working we will not be shopping there. the young girl at the cash was very help full and kind she was tall and long black hair and i nice smile.we were so mad at the other service that we did not get the girl name at the cash she seen that we were up set.
