I have been a client of that pharmaceutical location since 1965 and have always been treated with dignity and respect. However, recently that aspect of human relations has somewhat escaped some of the staff at that pharmacy. They are abrupt and cold in their answers. Kindness in their approach has gone totally astray. I would strongly suggest that those responsible for hiring staff make the ability to deal with cliental a high priority.
