Having lost an item at this Walmart store yesterday during my shopping trip, I turned to the telephone to determine if it had been turned in. By design, it appears that the telephone #'s given don't have a dedicated person on their end of the line to answer such queries. After many rings, the phone just cuts your off! Two thumbs down for the inconvenience of a potentially wasted trip! Really, really poor service.

As I'm texting this, I am waiting for someone to pick up the phone at Walmart Unicity. (I do not wish to make a trip for nothing.) However, after dozens & dozens of rings on my SECOND attempt phone call, NOBODY IS ANSWERING! So why do you have a phone number? Unacceptable.
