Today I was in this store and ordered a quad venti latte and paid with a ten dollar bill.The remainder of the change I placed in the tip jar as is my practice.During the course of making my drink the barista came over and instructed me in the manner of an airline ground crew that I couldn't stand where I was and would have to move because I was in the way of their mobile phone line.I would point out that there was no order for pick up and I am in their store having paid for my drink..So much for the North America wide meetings to make the customer experience better.The barista then realizes she has erred and begins the usual scripted nonsense about "Hows your day going?"...Needles to say I won't be back to this location.I have experienced this at no other Starbucks.Certainly not the way to speak to any grown adult or child
