Very shady and dishonest company: do not trust them. Wish I could give zero stars. I purchased an item here 2 weeks ago. Store manager Jeff, clearly said that if item went on sale during Black Friday "week" sale there would be no problem price adjusting the item, but that they could not price adjust any "door crasher" sales. I took detailed notes to this effect. Fast forward to today, the item is $40 less for a pre-Black Friday sale (not a door crasher) and I called customer service for my price adjustment as Jeff confirmed. I cannot go into the store due to the pandemic so I called customer service as the website states. Customer service manager named Brandon was extremely rude, and said Jeff at the St. Vital store was uninformed; they do not price match Black Friday week or pre-Black Friday week sales. Their policy says nothing about pre-Black Friday. Bottom line is do not do business with this company. At the store level they will lie and say whatever is needed to make a sale. They are dishonest both at the store and corporate level.
