I bought a product on day before yesterday. The product was sell to me saying buy it for your wife. If she doesn’t like it you can return it. I went home showed my wife and she doesn’t want it. We didn’t open the product and didn’t use it at all. When I came back to store, surprisingly they are saying I need to email customer service and they will proceed. They didn’t say this at first point of sale. Totally contradict. I already asked about return policy and the gentleman said come back if you don’t like it and we will return your money back. Totally disappointed.
