I am writing this review in hopes I reach as many people as possible about this hairdresser and business. To start, we both (Keri and I) agreed with the set price, prior to cutting and colouring my hair. We also agree to how much hair to cut and colour. I specifically asked to not over price and not give me an extra bottle, (so I don't experience a surprise bill at the counter). End results: I asked to cut 1" at ends, she cut at least 4"'s if not more. I asked for dark brown with slight reddish tint, she gave me light brown with no reddish tint. Query over-bleached my hair. She gave me a full head of foils and then at till, she had the nerve to overcharge me an extra $15 (over the price agreed), as reports (I needed to use an extra bottle for you) At counter, I had to report her to management and requested for a discount. They reported-2 managers they could not charge back my credit card, as there system does not allow it but gave me a store credit which equaled to 1 bottle that she overcharged me. The male manager, was aggressive towards me, and in my face/argumentative/did not believe me attitude. This hairdresser does what she wants. Very poor listener and hairdressing skills overall. She seems nice, but beware! I had a very poor experience here, and the previous review is correct, they are not nice to deal with, lack professionalism, friendliness and I have never heard of a business that is unable to credit back my credit card, even for the hair products! Wow!

The salon is very much like a high school. If you are 25 and younger you may enjoy it. They lack professionalism and friendliness. My new salon is more relaxing and enjoyable. I think it is for more professional clients- relaxed & peaceful environment, on time, no cell phones out when hairdressers appear bored unlike st vital, and experienced staff. I loved my hairdresser but my last experience made me leave. The front desk are not attentive one bit. If they kept there clients informed and cared that someone is sitting 20 mins late while a staff member gets her hair colored that would have maybe changed ill feelings with me and everyone I asked opinions from. I wish them all well but I will not be returning or recommending that salon.
