This incident took place on November 11,2021 at approximately 6:30 pm . I called the store in regards to a product purchased earlier on the same day. The product was not satisfactory. I spoke to the manager on the phone at 6:20 pm and he told me to bring the product back for a refund. So I thanked him and said I’d be right there. Upon getting to the store the manager would not come and speak with me and told the customer service lady NO REFUND!
