A family member went into this store looking for a new case for her cell phone. The staff member installed a new case on her phone and didn't tell her that it was the wrong case. It was a Samsung S5 case and he installed it on a Samsung J3. The phone fit into the case, but the cutouts on the back were not in the correct places, as it was for a different phone. I took the phone and case into the store the following day and was told by the manager that it was not the phone they installed it on and she refused to give me a refund. She said that the person buying the case should have known it was the wrong one. So, I strongly recommend that you do not shop at this store. It would appear that they knowingly sold the wrong case just to make a sale.
