what a disrespect!!! I visited the site on December 02, 2021, and 2 weeks after again with my family. One of the two staff at the front was very disrespectful. I was so disappointed with her approach and poor communication skill. She looks like she knows more about what is done in the store than the other staff, but she needs a lesson on how to handle/deal with customers.

Manager would not replace with fourth frame even though the fault lies in the production of this frame. Not good! Between myself and my husband we bought 5 pairs of glasses. Very poor customer satisfaction by the manager!
