Went in for a screen repair on a perfectly functional phone. On day 1 it was glitching. Went back for a follow up. They refused to take responsibility for the glitch. I recommend going to a more reputable cell repair place.

What a disappointment. Went in for a phone screen repair. Phone returned with assumed faulty connection. After repair, phone was glitchy and the technician refused to take responsibility for poor repair job. Phone was working perfectly well before.

Phone only had screen damage and was working perfectly the night before and was working when left to this place. All of a sudden too many damages when Rocky open up the phone. Problem with water damage which is very odd as my son was playing on it the night before and was working the morning of March 18, 2022 when we left it at this place. We got the phone back not working at all. And this guy offered us to trade it and pay him for a second hand.

These guys are simply horrible!! Don’t waste your time. They sell you after market products that are void of warranty. Don’t trust these thieves. I’m surprised the mall lets them do business. See their google review for the truth “cell care st vital”
