I was opening a cellphone plan (with an old phone) at Telus when part of my cellphone was missing a piece. The Telus staff went to a lady at the Cellicon kiosk (I wish I knew her name) and she went to work on making sure I had the right piece for my phone to work. She didn't charge much, was very friendly and saved me tons of money in buying a new phone.
