We recently visited the store to get a "home phone" setup which was advertised as on sale for $5 per month for the first year. The sales rep told us that we could get a "free" iphone 5, with a "free" case, and several other cost effective "deals". We got home, and next day looked at the invoice. The "free" Otterbox case that I didn't need or want, showed up on the invoice for $50.00. When I returned to the store to return it, I was told that they wouldn't take it back since the rep had already installed a plastic shield on the phone. As well, a charge of $11.00 monthly appeared on our bill for a service we didn't ask for. The home phone service we did sign up for showed on the bill for $13.00 instead of the $5.00 we were promised.
