I called about a product that I had since it had poor quality, I asked if I could do a return or a store credit. I didn't have a receipt. I was told they could do nothing for me. I said it was poor quality do you not stand behind your products? " we have quality issues all the time but our policy was changed in december and we can't do anything without a receipt" It was a $15.00. They lost a customer over $15. Bad business!!
