Overcharged & person was rude | by B on Nov 04, 2021
I went there twice & both times I was grossly overcharged. The first time was charge $3.50 to send parcel back to Amazon, which should have been free. Second time the guy charged me $5 for copy which should have been 63¢. When I ask the guy why so much he simply said "business". I give my business to other UPS stores but NOT this one. Nasty, rude, & they grossly overcharge!
