I've been a satisfied customer at Edible Arrangements in Reindeers Square for several yrs. However recently the container in my order wasn't as illustrated online. I was given an explanation & a $5.00 refund for the container (great) but I felt my opinion wasn't appreciated. The store mgr was rude & condescending & the store owner defended her. She made me feel like I was the only unhappy customer she ever had. Guess my business won't be missed!
