Always a great experience

Receptionists Ashley & Trisha are rude, no smile, no hello; but do tell the customers to "sit", like you would say to a dog! Maybe I shud fetch too! Trisha did not let my stylist know I was there. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. I only go bc of my stylist. She is great! Where is management in all this? Absent! No oversite and no leadership. Basically a bargain basement salon.
