Very supportive & knowledgable. Kerry was kind and patient. It is difficult for some people to get used to putting a hearing device in one's ear. Kerry helped me get over any hurdles. There is also good follow-up and support. I gladly recommend Polo Park Hearing Centre to anybody that is experiencing hearing problems.
