I picked up my glasses today at your Polo Park location and your employees treated me like garbage, didn’t want to fit my glasses, in fact, still they don’t fit properly and hurt at my nose’s bridge. If you guys are not ready to deal with clients, close your doors and GO HOME !! I’ll be a very bad advertisement for Lens Crafters and never deal with you again. I’m really disgusted with the way I was treated by the employees and unhappy with how my glasses fit, but I’ll prefer to go somewhere else for help, even if I have to pay for the service.
