Your Polo Park Le Chateau! When I went into your store today. I was so impressed with the young gentleman who helped myself and my daughter. We went in the store in the morning and right away as I was looking at shoes. This wonderful young man who was smartly dressed and so very polite came up to assist me. I was trying to purchase shoes for my daughter. He went all out to help both of us. He also went and got us a changing room as my daughter was buying a top there! I just want to say how great this young gentleman was! His customer services skills are incredible. Having worked retail myself I was so impressed I mentioned him to my daughter afterwards. She also agreed how kind , considerate, polite and went out of his way to give great services to us! I'm so sorry I do not have his name but I'm quite sure you would have a record of who worked the morning shift today. Please if you can pass on my complements to him! I would defiantly return to shop when he is on! He is a tremendous representative for your store and you should be very proud of him as great sales reps such as himself are very hard to find! I am going to be mentioning him to my friends who shop at Le Chateau ! I am 67 years old and was so impressed by this young man I had to say something! As I said I hope you will find out who it was and pass my message on to him. Thank you Mrs Debbie Girouard
