People working at Koodo are doing some sketchy s*** denying customers prepaid plans.

Koodo mobile inside Polo park does NOT even deserve a rating of 1 star. I've been there several times to purchase koodo minutes from them before and have never had a problem. The last time I went there they told me they do not sell prepaid minutes. So after this interaction with Koodo I went to other cell phone booths in Polo Park and they insisted to tell me that Koodo does in fact sell prepaid minutes and he was very unsure of why they could not provide me with what I was asking for. So I went back to koodo and they then began asking me in an unpleasant tone personal questions about why I can't just purchase a plan. Following this he then said he could give me the voucher for minutes, so I proceed to pay with cash. Unfortunately, he refused to take my cash insisting that I can only pay with visa or debit even though I've been there several times before and paid with cash. I've worked in customer service myself for 10 years and I've never experienced such horrible service in my life.
