I have a very old Samsung cell phone used only for emergencies as my wife and I both have heart problems, pacemakers and defibrulator implants. This phone needed a protective case so I went all the way down to Polo Park Cellicon to find one. The representative there said they didn't have one and when asked to look at one from the display made a huge deal of getting it out and literally threw it on the counter. I guess a 75 year old man can't look

I purchased an IPad cover and the corners cracked the first time I took it out of the cover. Tried to return it, employee was helpful at first as many people were around booth changed his tack as soon as the customers thinned. Would not recommend this business.
