I phoned there Feb 18 at least 6 times to ask a few questions and never did get through to talk to a live body! The phone would ring and then you would get a message about return policies etc. it then said to dial 0 to talk to a person. Nope each time the same thing and you are unable to leave a message for a call back as it rings and rings and then cuts out! Tried on both cell and home line. It sure doesn’t make me want to become a customer!

The staff was so wonderful, especially the young lady (I think she was a manager) who took the time to check what music was playing on the stores sound system! She was a tall, beautiful lady with blonde hair...I wish I had asked for her name. Thank you goes out to her! We have now a new found love of Lord Huron LaBelle Fleur Sauvage! The store is beautiful with such an amazing shopping experience!
