I would like to commend Hanny on his excellent customer service. He listens, and tries to meet the customer's needs, attempting to identify with where they are coming from rather than just trying to make the sale. He took his time and thoroughly explored every concern I had. He was always polite and friendly. Later when returning to pickup my phone, Robert also went through all the concerns I had in a polite and friendly manner. Although the process is lengthy, their approach encouraged patience. Thank you for your help.
