This store just wants to make a sale and they don't care about existing customers. They have no regards to keeping their loyal customers, if you are not there to buy anything new they don't care to keep loyal clients happy. The just want to make sure that they get their commission. I think every MTS Bell Store should have someone there working with their existing clients, it should just be about making sales commission. Or pay the salespeople less commission so that they make an effort to keep existing customers happy. What's the point in having all your services with them to walk in to the store and you are treated with no respect because you aren't there to buy anything new. What about the fact that I've been a loyal customer. Change the service. It shouldn't just come down to sales commission if you want to keep existing clients happy.
